Did you just put "low fat diets" in the same sentence as carnivore and keto? Those are simply not the same!
I have lean body type. I have enough of flexbility (some of my joints are hyperflexible) . How can i build strength and more muscle? ( also I'm under weight) . Do you have any suggestion for me, please guide.
5:19 um thats not true. You dont really know all the health effects of bread vs. mango. You just know Mango spikes it higher and drops it down faster. Because mango has a lower insulin load probably is why it spikes down so fast. Mangoes have alot of antioxidants and that bread doesnt. You are equating a lower glucose curve with health. That is idiotic. Our glucose is meant to spike up and go down. That is a natural occurence. You are saying eating a single fruit isn't natural. You are saying you understand how nature works better than nature.

Thank you soo much i am a cyclist and have dealt with IT Band and after watching your video it makes a whole lot of sense that it could had been Fascia related and yes it happened when i was training very hard and doing all the stretches but lacking all the vitamins/food source that the fascia needed. And also the point of adding in lateral movements makes sense as well. Again thank you soo much

I have been in excruciating pain for a long time and have tried different yoga instructors, but they never seem to decrease my lower back pair. You have made it possible to get rid of that pain. But how do I strengthen muscles to decrease the range of motion in my ankles? They are hypermobile and wobble too easily and are always getting injured.
Ankle strengthening can help with hypermobility! Look for exercises that target the peroneal and tibialis muscles. These will improve stability without limiting healthy movement. - YOGABODY Team

I not sure, but for me eating pizza and watching ''netflix" does associates with rest, I understand it is considered not really healthy though and I'm really struggle with tweak it in my head
Hello, I think I have notice that I have the reverse situation that many people have and that they need to do the kegel to help them to build muscle in the pelvic area. I notice one thing , when I go to the toilet, I sometimes contract the muscle in the pelvic area and stop the urine flow before the flow of urine leave but this reaction is not vol Of course I talked to my doctor and I'm doing some other investigations. I usually make abdominal and this kind of stuff so I don't know if I went too far. Does this exercise actually help to relax the pelvic floor?

Only reason I don’t go to sleep on my back is cuz You are more likely to get sleep paralysis. And i literally fear sleep paralysis.
I agree with you but "people" didn't politicize health. Governments + pharma did. The onus is on them to clean up their act if trust is to be restored.

Sleeping on your stomach can be tricky. There are some pillows designed to help stomach sleepers maintain better spinal alignment. You can also try gradually getting used to sleeping on your side by placing a pillow between your knees. - YOGABODY Team

I don’t feel a stretch in my quads on the last one, just my ankles. Is that normal?
It's possible your ankles are a bit tight, which can affect how much you feel the stretch in your quads. Try holding the stretch for a bit longer and see if you feel it engage deeper. - YOGABODY Team
